The 2006 Lebanon War was precipitated by a series of missile attacks by Hezbollah into Israel. This protest was somewhat different than the many protests against the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Interestingly, the usual crowd that showed up for protests against the wars we were prosecuting at the time were largely absent from this particular protest.
Not absent were the monikers of the Answer Coalition, who supported most anti-war protests, especially against the wars we were prosecuting at the time.
